I got the contact of Packing Service and sent them a packaging request including photos and labeled dimensions of the furniture items to pack. Three of the items needed crates as I stated, being two marble tops and a clay sculpture. I got a business reply telling me they couldn't do the crates. A few days later I got a quote and, in my stress because of the move, I committed myself, paying the nonrefundable deposit, only to realize that the services wouldn't include the crates I wanted. It was a mistake of mine and I called the manager, named Tony, whom I learnt to be also the owner, as he told me and, when I told him I wanted to cancel the job, accepting my loss of the down payment, he said he was disappointed to see me go and the issue was not the money and that I would have the crates I needed at a reduced price, as he was not comfortable with an unhappy costumer. From that moment onwards it was smooth sailing, as Tony made sure everything was well with me. He offered me advice on how to organize my move and was keen to see me satisfied. The packaging was done, the crates were so beautiful and well executed, and two weeks later the same team came back to load my items into the container. I am an extremely happy customer, and I am glad I picked up the phone to call the company, as my requests were fully met and, if I had to move again, I know whose door to knock on or which company to recommend.
